Wexiluma LTD, its affiliates, licensors, and related business units own various registered and unregistered trademarks, service marks, logos, product names, slogans, and other brand identifiers used in connection with software, professional services, support, educational materials, and digital content.

All goodwill arising from the use of Wexiluma marks belongs solely to Wexiluma LTD or the applicable rights holder. Nothing on this website grants any licence or permission to use trademarks except as expressly allowed in writing.

Permitted References

You may make fair, accurate, and nominative references to ECI products or services when reasonably necessary to describe a factual relationship, such as compatibility, implementation, or lawful commentary, provided that such use does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or certification.

• Use the correct spelling and capitalisation of brand and product names.
• Use marks only to identify the relevant Wexiluma product or service.
• Present trademarks as adjectives rather than generic nouns where practical.
• Include appropriate attribution language if requested or where standard practice requires it.

Restricted Uses

You may not use Wexiluma trademarks in any manner that is misleading, unfair, or likely to create confusion.

• Do not incorporate Wexiluma trademarks into your own company, product, domain, social handle, or service name.
• Do not alter, distort, animate, abbreviate, or recreate logos without permission.
• Do not use brand assets in a way that suggests partnership, certification, or endorsement where none exists.
• Do not use Wexiluma marks more prominently than your own brand when describing independent services.
• Do not use marks in unlawful, defamatory, disparaging, obscene, or deceptive contexts.

Branding and Attribution Rules

When written permission has been granted to use Wexiluma marks, the following standards typically apply unless a separate brand guide provides more specific instructions:

• Use approved artwork only and do not redraw or approximate logos.
• Maintain required spacing, proportions, and legibility standards.
• Do not place logos on cluttered, low-contrast, or visually distorted backgrounds.
• Preserve registration symbols and notices where supplied in official assets.
• Use current brand assets and discontinue outdated naming or artwork when requested.

Wexiluma LTD may revoke permission to use its marks at any time if use is inconsistent with legal rights, brand standards, or contractual obligations.
